About Me
I am a heart-centered Usui Reiki Master who believes passionately in the powerful healing of Reiki energy. The positive effects have been experienced by using Reiki energy to balance life force energy and improve a person's physical, mental and emotional state. The flow of energy is transmitted through my hands and intuitively directed to clients whether it is an in-person or distance Reiki session. I have always loved helping others from the time that I was just a child. I am now able to continue with that same love today through my Reiki healing services. Reiki is a peaceful, loving and healing energy that I believe we can all benefit from especially in these times. It truly is rewarding and a blessing!

"I originally tried Reiki about 2 years ago with the intent just to help me relax. At that time I had chronic knee pain for over a year. About 2 days after the session I noticed I had very little pain and by the end of the week I had no pain at all. I stayed pain free for almost 6 months so I thought I would give it a try again. At that time my Reiki practitioner was not available and gave me Marisa's name. I have not regretted it one bit. This time I was instantly pain free. "I met Marisa through my brother..I knew she did photography..But I didn't know she did Reiki until I received a gift certificate..I wasn't completely sure of what to expect..But I went in with an open mind..Let me tell you Marisa has a gift..Whatever she is doing, it is changing & healing my body..I had 2 different surgeries in 2017..One left me with terribly painful tendinitis in my left wrist. The other, some more personal issues..During my 1st session with Marisa I experienced feeling heavy then light. I kept hearing a humming sound..Soft then loud..Like the hitting of a tuning fork..I noticed the longer the session went on Marisa's hands felt hot..Really hot! After my session I felt different..I was relaxed but exhausted..But different enough to make a 2nd appt..When I got home I took a nap..Crazy thing is, I'm an Insomniac..I don't take naps! When I woke..I felt really awake & refreshed..The next day I was doing chores & I realized my wrist wasn't hurting as bad..I blew it off as coincidence..At my 2nd session..Again with the heavy & light feeling. The humming & hot hands..But this time after my session..My neck & shoulders got very tight..Enough that I got a headache..After a nap, Yes, I said nap..My body felt relaxed except for my left bicep..It felt like I'd been punched..But strangely, my left wrist felt really good..I now have a lot more flexibility with very little pain..I've had constant pain for over a year now..I had shots & physical therapy with temporary relief..I've had pain everyday, all day & now it's almost gone..Makes me go Hummm..I'm looking foward to my next session with Marisa..Curious to see what else she's going to Heal..Because that's what she's doing..She's healing my broken body & awakening my lost spirit..Thank you Marisa, see you very soon!"
